Ms. Works has dedicated over a decade to advocating for clients in catastrophic injury cases, with a focus on medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death matters. Throughout her career, she has secured numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for her clients, with several reaching into the eight-figure range.

In addition to her civil practice, Ms. Works represents individuals accused of criminal wrongdoing, guiding them through all phases of the criminal justice process, from initial appearance and arraignment to preliminary hearings and trial. With extensive trial and appellate experience, she has successfully represented a diverse range of clients, including individuals and businesses, in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Works’ legal career began in private practice, where she handled primarily business litigation and personal injury defense. She later transitioned to the Clark County Public Defender’s Office, where she gained invaluable experience in criminal defense and courtroom advocacy. This foundation now supports her effective representation of plaintiffs and criminal defendants in her current practice.

Outside of her litigation work, Ms. Works is deeply engaged in the local legal and professional community. She has served as Secretary and Chair of the Executive Council of the Nevada State Bar’s Young Lawyers Division, further cementing her commitment to the legal profession.
