Top notch service. I've had my share of accidents over the years and have used several different attorneys in town. Recently, I had to fire one due to their negligence and my inability to get a hold of anyone. I hired J Cogburn Law firm instead. Best decision I ever made. Truly a classy and superior law firm. Yolanda kept me in the loop regularly, checking in with me and always at my disposal. Never had any issues of getting a hold of someone. They checked in every few weeks to let me know where my case stood. They took care of everything for me. I felt like a priority, not just a *number* or "paycheck." I had a very special case that required special Handling. My personal case Manager Carlos guided me through the process answered all my questions, including multiple calls. This was my first car accident but I been around a lot of others who have and the other forms that took care of there cases took years just for a court day at least my Crash was in December it’s April These Guys Worked Fast and Hard and got me the best results !!!

This might be the worst place to go for personal injury. My wife was son was hit by a drunk driver who was arrested and convicted. They sent us to the hospital later they said they couldn’t win cause there wasn’t enough damage on the car. Later they stuck us with the hospital bill. These guys are complete garbage.

Unfortunately, the person who hit you did not have insurance and you did not have Uninsured Motorist Coverage. The case had nothing to do with the lack of damage to your car as it is well known you can be seriously hurt when there is very little visible property damage. Rather, the issue was there was no insurance, so we could not recover money on your behalf as there is no one to pay. Apparently this was not explained very well by our office at the time, but if you would like to chat I will gladly walk you through the entire processs and show you how we determined there was not any insurance coverage and how that makes it impossible to recover any money in your specific case. I am stunned how professional, supportive, encouraging during my recovery that lasted none month and took me down to the misery I prefer not to say what o was chewed up but I have neuropathy from the neck down to my feet. The poor creature chewed up my right leg go the bones unfortunately the bone cough an infection and I’m took 9 months to pass. Plus 4 more months to stand on my feet. I havre no words just gratitude to the whole firm for being my support there were many moments that I was loose my leg. The sweetest Paula Trejo was alway there for me. Yolanda C.
